    Headphone jack not working correctly

It doesn't matter what headphones I plug in, the jack has to be pulled out just a little to hear anything. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Most likely it's shorted or one of its pins disconnected from the mainboard. You can possibly repair it by soldering it back, but only if you know what you're doing (the pins are very small), it wil also void warranty. You should ask Meizu for a replacement.
