only white screen when pressing power button

hi

i think the headline said all, i cant start my meizu player, when i press the power button only the white screen, that normally appears for only 1 second, appears. When i release the button the screen turns off. when i connect my meizu with a power supply or usb the same happens instead of the charging symbol only a white screen appears. I didn´t change anything, at morning the player works quite good and on evening it wont turn on.
I cant upgrade the firmware because windows doesnt show the player as a device.I already hold the power button and the enter button for a minute, but without any effect...
are there some tricks? or is guaranty the only thing i have?

Hi. Have you tried the reset? That might work. You hold down the enter button for about a minute. Then you try to turn it on again, but based on your description, that most likely will not work. If it doesn't then you have to use DFU Tools. Search DFU Tools on the forum and download it. Be very careful never to let go of the M and Power button until you unplug your player. Hold Down The M and Power Buttons (DO NOT Let Go). Then plug your player in. It should be recognized as a DFU Device. If you have Vista, just open it up as a drive and put the M6.EBN and Resource.BIN files into the DFU Device. Make absolutly sure that it is the S.xxx.x version of firmware (If your player is the SP version, if not, make sure to use the T.xxx.x firmware), not the T.xxx.x version. Get one from Meizu's website (www.Meizu.en). If you have XP or lower, you have to use DFU Tools. Remember to Never Let Go of the M and Power button (I don't know how many poeple that have done this and ruined their players while running DFU). Make sure you have the M6.EBN file in the root DFU folder. Then open DFU tools. You then press Download and wait. That should have worked. Now un-plug the player and re-plug it. Open it up and drag the resource.bin of the same version firmware, i.e. if you used the S2.003.2 M6.EBN you have to use the S2.003.2 resource. Un-plug it and turn it on. If you are stuck at DFU, try it again. It took me 29 tries with DFU Tools before I fixed my player. I really hope this fixes it. If not, you could send it back to where you bought it for a refund or a replacement. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to PM me.

I´ve vista on my pc, but it doesn´t found some drivers, so i download the dfu tools and let windwos search in the dfu install folder for some drivers, windows found them and installed them. when i start the dfu tools my window looks like that in the dfu-tools thread, but when i click on download a "Failed to communicate with dfu device" message comes.

Where Can I Get Tha DFU Tools,M6.EBN And Recycle.Bin.I Try To Download It But It Give Me A .rar,Gotta No Idea How Can I Get Tha DFU Server.Pleeeese Help!

You need to dowload a program called Winrar to open the .rar file. Have no idea what you mean by Recycle Bin though.

Probably means resource bin.
