Meizu M6 | Player hangs at "Shutting Down"

Hey,

A few minutes ago, i wanted to switch of my Meizu M6 - but it hangs at "Shutting Down" now - Soft Reset and Hard Reset didn't help to restart the player. But the player seems to do something, because the ID3-Information is moving across the screen and so on...just the window "Shutting Down" is still there and does not want to disapear

Do i have to wait until the battery is empty or do u know other possibilities to get my Meizu running again?

Software Version of my Player: S2003.2 (SP)

The player is still running...but in a few hours i will know what will happen if the battery is empty :>

Problem solved - the battery got empty, the player turned off. I turned it on again now and it works.
