HELP!! My m6 has gone crazy

Okay, the scroll touch bar is what is crazy. It moves when it wants to, sometimes it doesn't move at all. Other time, my player won't even turn on. I'm pretty sure I have a defective product, but if there is a way to fix it before sending it back, I'd love to try it first. This little player is so awesome I would hate to let it go for something like technical problems.

If that's not at all possible, then where would I reach the Customer Service to get a new one?

1. Is it a T1 player?

Try re-calibrating the touchstrip by holding down the enter button until the calibration screen appears, press the power\play button and move your thumb slowly up and down the touch strip, press the power\play button again and then M to exit.

If that fails you need to contact the seller to arrange return for repair.

I don't know what a T1 player is. But I got it from Amazon. And I tried the Calibrating thing. I just don't think I did it right.

Got it! It worked the second time. But now the forward button won't stop moving. Anyway, I'm gonna change it or turned it in for a new one if it keeps messing up. Thanks for ur help, mad!
