    Organizing

Hi. I was wondering if it was safe to create new folders on the meizu m6 sp. For example, I want to create a new folder in my VIDEO folder to organize videos. Would this mess up my player? Also, can this player be used as a usb drive to store files other than songs, videos or pics (ie, can it store files such as programs, games, etc.)? Thanks.

    subfolders are no problem
the player will show the subfolders in "VIDEO" in the video menu and folders anywhere else (root too) in the browser

you can use it as a simple usb drive and store all kinds of files, but you can not run programs on the meizu
the player should be in MSC-mode for this (change at settings)

Ah thanks a lot for the quick reply, but what do the MSC and MTP functions do under the USB options? I can't seem to find it in the english manual. Sorry, I'm still new to this player and don't know what all the functions do.

It makes the device to work as PlaysForSure device instead of act as a external disk.
