You will need to install the resource file, the mini player was probably formatted before you received it.

First visit Meizu website - http://en.meizu.com/index.asp

Go to the download page and download the latest firmware for your M6 SP.

The firmware comes in two parts/files and as you do not know which version you have installed, you will need to place both new files in the root of your mini player .

When your mini player is connected to your computer, simply copy the files to the drive letter.

After you have copied the files, disconnect the player, switch it off and then back on.

The player might format the drive again since you have upgraded the firmware, if this happens you will have to copy the resource file to the root again then switch on/off again.

Your players firmware consists of 2 files M6.EBN and resource.bin. Somehow you have done a low-level format and all the resource files have been deleted. If you know what version firmware was on your player then you need to releoad the resource.bin file back to your player disconnect it from your PC and then restart it to reload the file.

If you do not know what version firmware is on your player then you are best to do a full reinstall of the firmware. To do this copy both the M6.EBN file and the resource.bin file to your player, disconnect and restart. You will find the screen will flash for a few seconds and then the player will switch off. Restart the player a second time and the second half of the install will complete and your player should then boot as normal.

Depending on what firmware version you are loading your player may format again during the first restart and you may get the no resources message again, if so connect the player and add the resource.bin file again, disconnect and restart.

You can download the latest firmware here:
