Hello.
Meizu sais that you can't reinstall S1009 if you have installed S1010.
But I did it somehow..
First I made a low level formating > Then connected player and put m6.ebn and resource.bin from S1009 in Root > Restart (this restart will take about 3 minutes until the player react again) > Restart again > Connect > Put resource.bin from S1009 in Root again > Restart.
And whoila, I got S1009 !
I think this is kind of strange.. but menu-choice about under settings sais it's 1009 and the "loading......" doesn't appear on startup.
Can be good to know for you others who regret your 1010 update..

Very interesting. If someone else can confirm this, i think this thread should be pinned or placed in the FAQ section.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIt could be useful for those that want to go to V1.007 for the SRS wow effects instead of this pretty much useless DNSe. Only one specific setting has worked for me in DNSe, which makes my music sound better as far as playing like headphones should... but I'm curious about how SRS made it sound with it's other effects.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsactually, it IS possible to downgrade, just follow the usual firmware update procedure. no special/additional steps needed. at least, that's what i did when i returned to t1.009 a while back.
of course, all the files in your player will be deleted when changing between t1.009 and t1.010 so back up your important files.
but now i'm using t1.010 again.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsYeah, I know, but I got a TP version, so it's no problem to me. I already got the T1.007 firmware from a thread in these forums, and would like to keep a copy of every firmware version to archive them... even with defects and stuff in older versions.
