My back button doesn't work, defect?

Hi, I bought Meizu M6 from Newegg for over a month already.. and my back button ( I<< ) doesn't allow me to go back or rewind anything. I thought, it might be a defect but didn't have time to check here or return it. Could I be doing something wrong? or is there another way to rewind or go back a song without going through home>music>.. again. Thank you

wow u should of returned it when you still had your newegg warrenty! its only 1 month!

Defective back buttons have been noted by Meizu, that is why they have added "return" to all menus or list in their newest firmware, v2.004.2

not return button, a return option in the menu. if you upgrade to the newest firmware you will know. it has been a problem for the chinese m6 users, not so much the rest. it is not 'meant' to defect. but who knows. it happens.

Would Dane Elec still be able to fix or send me the new player, if I call them? it's been at least 6 weeks.. I have just been pretty busy and thought the back button defect would not bother me that much.. but it's kinda does

Also, I update to the latest firmware.. but what the 'button' that allow me to jump back again? Thanks!
