No I don't, I think this might be a firmware problem, what firmware do you have? If you have the latest, try re-loading the same firmware. If you have an older one, get the newest one (2.003.2).
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G
Headphones: SoundMAGIC PL-50s, Auvio In-Ear Armatures, Bose QC-15s.
Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer

Wait, did you format, or soft reset? Format means to delete everything including the resource file. Soft reset is to just reset the player.

Could be something to do with the "File Update" function. I have a feeling that when you turn off the player normally the file list gets saved as the player shutsdown. When you do a soft reset this does not happen and usually the player does a File Update when you reboot after a reset. Next time it happens try doing a manual file update and see if the files reappear. Just out of curiosity did you do a player format or a Windows format?
