avg "healed" rbgfeumc.exe and since then, big problem

Two days ago, my antivirus AVG detected on my nMeizu M6 SP a worm/generic.BYJ on rbgfeumc.exe. It "healed" the .exe, and since then, Windows XP (SP2) no longer recognize my Meizu M6 SP. The Meizu is casted as an unknown periphery and I can't open it any longer.
    I did :
    the reset,
    the little format,
    the big format (painful)
and finally the DFU Tool (my Meizu was never recognized as a DFU server...)

After each step, I did try to connect, same failure.

Is there anything to do so as to be abble to communicate again with my meizu ?

I wonder if AVG is blocking the device. Try turning it off and connecting your player to another USB port.

    Hi Madman,
    thanks for the answer.
I tried it without AVG but it didn't work.
I had only a little hope in this option, since I did try also on a mac without AVG and he also failed to recognize it.
It seems that it doesn't come from the configuration of my PC, but rather from something missing which prevents the Meizu from introducing himself to the USB port.
Could it come from this healed (suppressed ?) rbgfeumc.exe ?
Any idea what this .exe is ?

I can find no information on worm/generic.BYJ or rbgfeumc.exe so can't help you with that.

What state is your player at the moment, working, not working, dead, green screen?

Hmm, sounds like a hidden part of the device OS. If AVG can detect that, I wonder if there are other programs that can find those files and someone could take the actual extracted firmware off the device and look at it. Strange that an actual .exe program is used inside the M6 if that's true, though... might mean the M6 was programmed to run that type of code.

As for your problem, if it deleted a program that runs the M6, I think you'd better contact Meizu and talk to them about that. People don't need their mp3 players killed because an antivirus program deletes part of the firmware thinking it's a virus or trojan..
