[Solved] Screen black, but can hear menu clicking

I recently bought the Miniplayer M6, and I managed to get music all on it, and playlists and everything, and this morning I tried to play a video. It turns out, much to my chagrin, to be an .AVI file - I tried to play it, but it didn't play anyway.

However, something - not entirely sure - stopped working, and now the screen has turned black. However, I can hear the menu clicking when I move the touch-wheel type thing.

It happened one time earlier, and I disconnected the USB and reconnected it and it seemed to fix it. This time however, it doesn't work. I've tried pressing enter for 20 seconds but that didn't seem to work.

Can anyone help me fix it?

If you can hear the clicking when you use the touchstrip, try reset for 20+ secs (a couple of times), then a hard reset.

Ah, I actually just managed to get it working. I held down the enter button, the FF button and the power button for like half a minute and managed to brute force it all .
