Buttons are stuck

Hi!

I'm experiencing that the buttons are getting stuck on my M6 TP player. It varies from being the slide down or slide up button, to being just fine. It seems like a FW-problem, since it sometimes works just fine.

Anybody know about this?

I have no idea what you're problem is here. The M6 has a touchpad that scrolls up and down, and you can also tap the top to go up, tap middle to select/enter, tap the bottom to go down. There are also 4 buttons on the front interface, being Menu, FF, Enter, RW. What buttons are stuck exactly?

maybe it's your "hold" switch. push it all to the right.

It gets locked at either sliding up or sliding down. Meaning that if I immediately start playing a song, the volum will either min or max out in like 5 seconds. If I push the menu button, it will start and roll by itself.

The weird thing is that it sometimes works perfectly

It is a TP, bought in Shanghai.
