Hi, well i guess these are the last days of my M6.
Yesteday, i couldn't turn it on. Only flashes the screen. I tried with dfu tool like 10 times and nothing. I disarmed the player and put all together again. Then, the screen goes white, i think i made a mistake here, i though it was an error, i never though it was the frimwware upgrade o.0. After that, my computer recognized the player but the screen didn't turn on, even the flash light. And now, it only recognizes with dfu tool andd the screen doesn't do anything.
Is my player dead ? =/

Does it only recognize with DFU Tools? If the computer recognizes it like normal, just drag the new firmware into the root. If only recognized as DFU, you have to use DFU again. Are you sure that you placed the M6.ebn image into the Main DFU folder? If you have everything in the right place, you can begin. Hold down both the M and power button and DO NOT let go. Open DFU Tools. Click download. Remember during the process, DO NOT let go of the power and M buttons. If it doesn't work the first time, try again. It took me 29 times with DFU to get my player working again. When you finish with DFU, you have to add the resource file to your player.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G
Headphones: SoundMAGIC PL-50s, Auvio In-Ear Armatures, Bose QC-15s.
Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsWelcome to the boat of people who have recently just had this same problem out of the blue for seemingly no reason, at least none I can find. Use the player normal, have never uploaded the wrong firmware or mistreated it (*¬_¬ glares at mbarry for that post in another thread saying most people that have a problem do*). So far, about 30 hours put into messing with it and doing DFU Tools, the only thing mine is recognized by as well, has done NOTHING. So, if you get yours working, could you point me to the miracle that made it happen, please? The DFU error boxes are driving me insane, only randomly working right now.
Oh, and so far, there is no help for this problem, we're all on our own with this. Not even Meizu has helped me. If you are still in warranty, just forget about DFU and send the damn thing back for a brand new replacement.I swim through a sea of stars, without looking back to shore...

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsactually i never had an error with dfu tools. I have the S1.009 firmware (resource and ebn.bin) into dfu folder. Dfu seems to do all the job great but the problem is that the screen doensn't show any signs of life :P. Don't turn on and now don't even flash the screen when i'm trying to turn it on.
And no, it's not recognized by windows
