my ebook and fm radio is missing???

i when i got my m6 it had ebook and fm radio on it. i erased the software on it and then i went to go upgrade it when it got done upgrading i couldnt find them. i checked the settings and there not in there ether. also my volume used to go up to 40 now it only goes to 35??

You have upgraded with a Dane-Elec firmware. This firmware has the above restrictions. Find in the firmware section, the correct firmware to suit your M6 (TP or SP) and do an appropriate upgrade. Refer to FAQ if more help is needed.

are the file downloads suppost to be in a zipped file? whenever i download a rar file it always opens to the internet then closes imeadiatly. im not sure if i can use any of these downloads

...... have you ever heard of *rar files?

Use winrar to open it.

Then follow the steps in FAQ correctly.

I have a new M6 SL 4g from china direct 2u, under browser, I see files: music ,pictures, playlist, record and video, but no ebook. This has the newest software 2.004.6 isn't this suposose to have an ebook folder. and how can I create one?

You can open a text file from any directory on the player, but you can create one for ebooks when the player is connected to the PC. Like you would do normally...
