my mp3 is f**ked up should i send it back?HELP MEEEE!!!

well my tp mezui 4 gb was just coming up with a white screen i thought it was minor so i gave it to my sister(pinkamoree) to fix it because shes good at such things then i get it back the screen doest flash a white screen anymore and i tryed all the resets shes tried all of the dfu tool she was i think redownloading the soft ware then it said mawfunktion cant continue or something then it stoped downloading and she plugged it out cuz it froze now it not doing anything and i just got it should i send it back to the people?and could this have happened because i got the music from limewire PS THIS IS ONLY MY THRID DAY WITH THE MEZUI

I don't now whos istake it was but i think you should relax...

First of all... what is the payer now doing is it out and screen black? or is the screen still white? if its off do this, else first reset it by keep holding "enter" down...: remember you need to do it whit firmware version 1.009!

1. Install DFU Tools on your computer (only available for Windows).
2. Copy the firmware (Use firmware version 1.009 for best results) files (M6.EBN and resource.bin) to the directory where the DFU Tool is installed.
3. Press and hold Power button and M button, then connect to PC using the USB cable.
4. Before that Windows New Hardware Wizard will appears, asking if you want to connect to Windows Update to check for drivers, click on “No, not this time”. Click on next.
5. The next screen of the wizard asks if you want to install automatically or using a specific location (advanced). Select the advanced option, and then click next.
6. Check the 'Include this location in the search' option and specify the directory where DFU Tools is installed, after that, click next.
7. Let windows finish installing drivers. Once drivers are installed, you can use the DFU Tools.
8. Run the application and then click Download. When this is complete click close.
9. Disconnect your Miniplayer from PC and turn it on.
10. Screen will be green and return an error now, you will have to install the firmware again. After that your player will be fine again.

I think your player might be dead, because the DFU programe malfunctioned. The DFU section of the firmware is at the end of M6.ebn, so when the program froze, the M6.ebn wasn't completely loaded, therefore your player is dead. You can try sending it back though...
P.S. Next time, make sure you download the right firmware(TP, or SP) and to not rush to DFU so quickly. Try re-loading the firmware if your computer still recognizes it as removeable hardware. DFU isn't too reliable.

No man i had the same problem don't turn on etc but when i tryed dfu tools again it wors fine for me (first i had reistall the driver...)
