Mac software for M6, where 2 download?

I have a mac and the M6 I was given as a gift comes with a miniCD that has windows software loaded on it. I have no way of accessing the M6 by connecting it to my Macbook USB. Can anyone help me with any software/drivers that I need to use the M6 with the Mac? Thanks, M.

You don't need any software to connect the M6, just have it on, and plug it in. It should automount as a removable disk on your Desktop/In Finder.
Always worked as a charm for me and my Macbook. Just remember, you need to have it ON.

thank you so much Andreas. I can't believe I did not think about that. It worked beautifully. I used itunes and drag and drop to move the songs. the names are very disorganized eventho I had extensively cleaned up the ID3 tags. also, no album art ( but over all it's a very nice player. thanks again for your help.

for album art, use forum search. this has been dicussed in depth and solved.

you should dl itunemywalkman, it lets itunes be used to sync the meizu just like normal, it can even be set to auto sync when you plug in.

for vids I use batman under vmware running xp, since you have a macbook you should be able to run win on it for those rare occassions when you need something that is obscure like batman.

man i searched up the itunemywalkman and it seems like its only for mac. is there a windows version?

I have my new M6 player turned ON ... but when I plug player into my MacBook it does not show up on my desktop .. it is not recognized... any settings I need to check ? it should auto-recognize right ? why is this not working ?

You need to check if you have a computer running Windows close by.
