Easier navigation??

Whilst navigating,particulary in music sections like "all music" where the menu is long and can take a long time to scroll down, is there a shorter and easier way of scrolling down than constantly having to move your thumb up and down the touch pad?? thanks

press and hold you thumb on the M (or slightly under, can't remember) to scroll up, and hold your thumb on the ENTER button (or slightly above) to scroll up.

When selecting the topmost song, you can tap the top part of the touch strip to instantly reach the last song. Vice versa works too.

If I am not wrong, you can also (whilst in the list of music), press FF to or RW to proceed to the top, middle, or the end of that list.
