Freezing after exiting video player??

Whenever i play a vid then exit agen it takes AGES for my player to load and it sometimes freezes. The player gets stuck on just my plain background then after a few minuets he rest of the gui appears. I have the latest firmware as well. Any ideas as to why this happens and wat i can do to solve it?? chears guys!
