White lines on right side !!

Those lines have appeared again, on the right side of my m6, so here's
my question what can I do to eliminate them, or from them coming back?
I would rather not upgrade, since everything else is working well, but the
lines are annoying, so what can I do ? Should I do a reset or will that delete
anything on my m6 that I have on it right now, like video or music? Or won't
that fix the problem, did'nt want to try anything until I got some advice !!

A reset will not delete your files. I think the only way is to upgrade again. Upgrading will not delete your files as long as it is the same firmware.

If you are still using firmware version 1.010 then the only way to get rid of them is to update to at least 2.002.3 when the fix was introduced. If you update from 1.010 to 2 series firmware your player will reformat during the update.
