does it come with wall charger?

I'm thinking of buying but I want to know if it includes a wall charger or a usb charger. If it includes a wall charger does it work with australian homes? if it comes with a usb charger does it work with australian computers? Does it work with a 1.1 usb port?

It really depends on where you buy it from.

Generally speaking: No - it doesn't come with a wall charger although some eBay sellers add them as bonus extras/free gifts like silicone skins and crystal covers.

Shop around.

It does not come with a wall charger that is a seperate accessory I think you would need an adapter for AU. A USB cable is included with the player for transfer of files and charging and yes it will work with any standard PC USB port.

it works with any cheap usb-wall-charger for $1 from ebay.

I live in Australia and am using a wall charger bought from China the last time I went back, and it works fine. All you need to do is switch the plug to Australian.

USB stands for UNIVERSAL serial bus, which means that ALL computers, no matter where it is located, can recognize the Meizu (although it depends on the OS, older then windows 98 and you might have problems).

Yes, it works with a USB 1.1 port, but the transfer will be much much slower then the 2.0 port. To charge the M6 via USB from empty to full, is around... 1 to 1.5 hours I'd say... There is a figure somewhere but that will definitely change depending on how 'empty' your battery is.

My old cell phone was a Razor, which charged through the USB port on the side.....do you think the home charger for the Razor would work on M6?

I would imagine that all USB have the same voltage/current and pin location for supplying power regardless of component......

same time as with a wall charger if i am correct as the wall charger converts the power to the same level as USB as the player is a USB device

my player charges in about 1,5 hours completely although usually it just needs like 1 as its not completely empty when i connect it to ad/remove files

don't be fooled by the "charging half-full batteries is bad for the battery life"-myth as that doesn't go anymore for modern batteries. There is a detailed post on this forum about this
