cannot be reconized by comp...

now, my m6 cant be reconized by my computer,before it worked with no problems,but now it gets connected but not for long, itll go back into music mode than stay in connected mode.
im using XP, so drivers shouldnt be a problem.

anyone got any advice?

Try connecting you cable in another usb port in you computer!

yea, i tried that and i tried connecting to other different computers.
but to no avail.

I had the same odd problem. Try a soft reset (holding down the ENTER button for 10-15 seconds) and then give it another shot. That usually does the trick for me.

I've also found that I have more success if I wait until the M6 has gotten past the library update before plugging in the USB cable.

nope, tried it and doesnt work for me...

Now it's time for hard reset then.
