Charge problem, Meizu M6 turns off after less than a minute

So, I just bought the Meizu M6, awesome mp3 player!

I've received an original Meizu charger together with the player.
(this one)

Now, when I try to charge it, the Meizu turns on and the Charging.. screen comes in. But; after less than a minute it turns off again, how comes?

Also, sometimes it sais "Fully Charged" after a few seconds..

How do i fix this? (I've been searching this forum, but no luck)


EDIT: Now it charged for about 25 mins, but now it says "Fully Charged" again. Even though it is definiately not fully charged. What causes this problem and how to fix it?

the screen is supposed to go off after a short while when not in use, also during charging this is normal and it does not mean it snot charging.
it just means the display is off, not that the player is off or inactive

when you unplug it after its says "fully charged"what does the battery indicator say?

My one says fully charged always for a short seccond and its normal.

does the same happen when you charge it via your computer?

I doesn't say "Fully Charged" anymore.. Now it's just charging for hours, without getting really charged.

For example; I charge it for 4 hours, I unplug the player, turn it on.. and the battery indicator still is on the same level as I began charging.

This happens when I charge from my computer but also from the powernet.

This sucks, I like the player so much!

Hi, it seems that your player is broken. Do you have warranty?

You should also try another USB cable in case there is a problem with the one you are using.

What firmaware version are you running? Does this happen only with the wall charger? Before going too nuts about the miniplayer, I would hard reset then see if that cures the charge problems. It may just be a battery indicator issue.

People have previously suggested run down the batter of the player and it resets the batter indicater , im not sure.
