"connecting to USB" - cant turn off

cant turn off my m6.
i connet via usb my meizu m6, and it keep show the usb coonect icon, nothing else. i try to turn off using "m" key and nothing, same using the power buton.

meizu keeep saing to me "connecting to USB"
what can i do...?! i try to connect again and disconnect and nothing.
pleaseeeee HELP ME!

Try pushing the 'Enter'- button for at least 20 seconds.

If this does not work, you can do a ' hard reset ' by pressing the power & ff -
button until the player shuts down.

enter button 15 for seconds worked for me when I had that problem
