    screen won't turn back on

I had radio on and then plugged in my usb. Now the M6 is still on and i can hear the sound when i touch the button. Only the screen won't turn. I tried to turn the M6 off but that didn't work. Windows will detect it when i connect it.

What can i do to reset? and is there a chance on losing data in the suggested way? Since then i need to back it up.

    got it working again

First thing you should try is pressing the enter- button for about 10- 20 sec.,
this should let your player turn off.

(damn, i wrote the same thing 3 min. ago to someone else)

When it does not work, you can do a `hard reset`, by pressing play & ff - button together, until the M6 shuts off.
