Hi guys.
Living in The Netherlands I cycle to my school everyday. Today I found myself in a shower, hoping that it would clear. The rain only got worser and turned into some kind of spray. :D It functioned all the way to my school. However, is this something I can repeat or should I just put it away when it starts to rain? Especially how does it affect the earbuds. I normally use my crystal case and the player itself was dry, eventhough my pocket was drenched so that might have saved it.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsearbuds are almost certainly not OK to get wet. at least not the inside. though it probably won't get wet on the insides while you are wearing them unless it's is really a torrential downpour.
the M6 is probably OK getting wet (even on the insides) as long as it's not on and is allowed to thoroughly dry before powering on again. but if it's one, you definitely don't want it to get wet.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIf you keep electronics just under your jacket your fine. I also use my M6 when it rains. Just don't drive into a river

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsMy previous player (iPod Nano 1G) died from some rain... it even was inside my jacket, but I guess a few drops running down got to it anyway - it was quite a downpour.
Electronics and water just dont go together too well, but most of the time you can get away with it - just dry and run.
