also, how do i tell which firmware i have ?

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsUpgrade to the new firmware, it might help the scrolling problem. to see what fw version you have, from the main menu go to settings, then to About. it will show what version you have. i recommend upgrading to 2.003.2 (Link: M6 Firmware 2.003)
The upgrade will format the player, which will erase all data on the player, so back up your music
