The clock in my M6 is always delayed too. Currently, it's an whole hour off. Seems like quite a common problem around here if you check the postings.

I hope it's not the timer chip that's giving the problem. I suspect that the sleep timer gets delayed too. Is your M6's sleep timer affected too?

I was going to create the exact thread like this one to post about this problem.

Why does it go off sync and by so much??? Anyone know the theory behind digital timing?

Have the exact same problem too.
Always goes out of sync by 10mins off the actual timing.

Well its easily fixable , Meizu just need to determine how many milimilisecconds off it is and make it so "60.0001"= 1 minunite (If its a hardware problem) , if its software then that may not bee so eay ( Probably the suggested bootup time or somthing)

milimiliseconds - you mean nanoseconds, right?

It could be anything. It could be because of the air around you. Who knows.

    that not a bad thought...
I have noticed this problem since the new firmware which introduced the rather annoying auto update function that's overactive. Before i didn't have the clock problem...

    Hi!

I've got an odd variation of this problem: I can't set the date to anything later than the 12th of the month. Any month. After 12 comes 01. Every month of the year has 12 days on my M6.

WTF is that about and how do I fix it?

    HELP!

SF Steven, thats probably a Firmware bug, report it in the firmware thread. it looks like they changed months with days

    Oh, my god!

Thank you for that! I'd just gone through several changes of firmware, only to find that none of the days went past 12!!! Once I checked the months, I found that there were 31 - obviously I assumed the fields went in the same order we use in the US (month/day/year), but that was wrong.

I have the same delayed clock problem. It seems it happens when I plug into USB for long periods of time. I have the SP version fw S2.003.2

Ditto, recently noticed this with my M6 too, same FW version.

It's a shame the time isn't auto-updated, when I plug my Sony Ericsson phone into the computer it automatically updates the time and date on that to the PC's time, which itself is automatically corrected.

Could this be implemented in a future firmware update?

yea i was about to say... anyways i do think they should sync up the time every time you plug it into the PC

just set it those 10 minutes earlier/later and it will be ok then because when it goes off sync it will actually show the real time

    lol

    PS
