Problems fast-forwarding 256kbps MP3s

Hi All,

I just discovered a weird thing.
I've got a music album encoded in MP3, in 256kbps 48000Hz. no ID tags (if it makes a difference).
I cannot fast forward any of the songs. If I try I get a strange sound, it sounds like a segment of 50ms of the song is looping infinitely. I can stop it by pausing or skipping to the next song (one time I had to reset the device).
The "diamond" fast-forward works as usual.

Is this a known issue?
If not, how do I report a bug to Meizu guys?
