Dead M6 Sp

Hello
I just bought a Mini Player modele SP . When i turn on my Mini Player ; it
blank it( a short flash) . Please help me to salove this problems; bythey way
i tired hard reset it but it did not work .Also when i atteched to computer i got a unkwon device. Also DFu tools did work out . In my counter your Mini player does not have cunstomer service.

do you press the turn on button enough time ? you must push it for 1/2 sec

Yes i push this for 2 minutes but ....

if its a newly bought player charge it for a few hours first
if the player is totally out of juice...soo much that it cant even power up...it wont get recognized by the computer either..
