It's a plugin for Winamp, etc. Yes, you can edit and create timed lyrics with it. Many are already available on internet, but quality varies.

I looked at crintsoft, and it seems to be a not as powerful version of the very old and very useful lyrics3editor made in israel.
You just put that in your winamp plugin folder and start the programme and it will start winamp. You can have chorusses and verses which repeat which you cannot tdo with crinsoft.

I did get frustrated with Minilyrics editing capability last night (maybe the trial version has abilities limited).

Try this one instead it works with Minilyrics.
