    Song order in album

How do I get the songs in an album to play in their correct order, that is sorted numerically-not sorted alphabetical order. (I have them Id3 tagged, but that doesn't help).

set the player to sort files by album through the song order option in the music settings

if you cant find song order go to settings - main menu - then set "song order"to on and it will show up in your main menu

I'm having the same problem. I was unable to get the album art to display, and finally got it to work with a dedicated folder in the albumnameartistname format. Now, after fomatting my Meizu and recopying all my MP3s, most of my album tracks are in the wrong order! The ones I've looked at all have v2 and v1 tags with the track numbers listed. Media Player has no problem ordering them correctly. The file names all start with the track number, but sorting them by name doesn't help either. In fact, none of the sorting options change the song order at all. These albums were ordered correctly before I recopied them. I didn't change the tags or the filenames. Some of the albums are still ordered correctly for some reason. Why would the others stop working like that?

I have the same problem with my M3 player (and my wife's M6 too).
I upgraded to the latest firmware and still in many albums the tracks order is alphabetical and not by the album's order. Even when I change the sorting to "album" it doesn't help.. .

This is so annoying. I'm going to try using Winamp and itunes just to see if it makes any difference. Although I don't see how it could!

Well it makes sense it should work cause if it *can* sort by alphabetical titles then putting track numbers prefix at the titles would resort them in a numerical manner.

Same problem here. all albums that were grabbed from CD using WMP are ok. but in a few non-grabbed albums tracks are ordered alphabetically. I did check track by track both tags in winamp, WMP, I also uploaded tags from remote database in WMP but after transfer to M6, songs are not played correctly

I am still having this problem. I have a couple of albums that I cannot sort at all. They are in neither alphabetical nor track order either by track name or file name. Sorting by title, filename, artist, and album have no effect. I have checked the tags with MP3 tag tools and all tracks are tagged correctly. I renamed my entire media library to start with track number but they are still not sorting at all. I noticed that the albums that are giving me trouble were ones I purchased from Emusic, if that makes a difference. Most of the Emusic tracks sort fine, just a couple albums will not sort. Both of the problem albums sort correctly in Winamp and Media Player. Any ideas?

Do you have more than 128 songs per artists?

I have a similar problem. It's a bug/limitation and apparently Meizu is not going to fix it.
