Equilizer (equalizer?)

Hi, when you tap the middle button while a song if playing, it eventually goes to the equalizer right? Mine used to do that, but now it just shows the progress/volume bar and a blank space above it. There used to be those green bars that jumped up and down with the music. Now its just blank, its kinda driving me crazy. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks.

It's a "bug" in the Miniplayer : when the "backlight brightness" of the LCD display in very high (between 50 and 100 in the settings) the Visualiser one is very low (you can't see it), and vice versa ! So you have to adjust it in MAIN MENU/SETTINGS/DISPLAY/BACKLIGHT BRIGHTNESS.

It is actually the "Background Blend" setting, you need to set it to around 12-14.

Hey thanks guys. Eh, I dont know what I prefer, an uber blended user interface, or an equalizer. This is a pickle.

I find the best compromise is to have a totally black background, and set the background blend to somewhere around 10. That way, your fonts, cover art etc. are just a bit darker, rather than being blended to the background.

But why the eq should disappear should you set blend to 0 is beyond me?
