Is my player dead ?

First, may I apologise for my poor English.
I read most of the thread here, similar of my problem but nothing can solve it.
I have bought my miniplayer (8GB) via Ebay, and have received it 3 days ago.
The first time I was able to power on , and everything worked perfectly. I swith it off, and then it was impossible to turn on again. The screen remains black and power off, even when I plugged it with my pc (which didn’t detect a USB connection, as the player stayed switch off)
Two days after, I don’t know how and why, I was able to power on, and charged it. It worked perfectly again. Today, I was enable to power on again : same black screen, no flash, no sound .. no USB connection… nothing…
Do you think it is a manufacture default, or do you think there’s perhaps something I can do ?
(I try power on + M (more than 3 minutes) , power on + >>, power on + << , just [enter]… and nothing happen, as if there is no battery .. or dead)
I am really afraid to have lost my purchase, because it was done by ebay.
Thank you for you help

@ezvir: Sorry, I don't think your problem has already been solved here, I hope you still have guaranty for the player. But wait for other users to reply before you send it back

@krzysiekd: It's normal that you player doesn't respond while he's connected. When you connect the player powered off he will just charge, when turned on your computer should detect him.

krzysiekd NEVER us DFU tools ever if your play si working , Its not a firmware problem and you sghould never use DFU tools , its because your not doing it right , DO NOT USE DFU TOOLS TO FIX A BATTERY PROBLEM vbmenu_register("postmenu_18333", true);

no you dont understand i didnt use dfu tools to solve battery problem, i use it couse my player hangs up very offen, when listen music, when connecting to pc (hangs up on actual screen when i connect player, theres no connected to usb screen). so there wasnt any other way to change firmware or do something else.
player works fine for about a month then there were some problems with him, one time he works fine i can connect it to pc without problems second time it hangs up. i dont know if its firmware or something else.
