My meizu dont reply

I tryed to upgrade my player. I was goin fine but it got like stucked and now i only see a gray line in the top screen. Please help me. It dont reply turn off or anythin
Mmy pc neither recognize any usb device when i plug it in

If it is still on, try pressing and holding the enter button for around 30 seconds.

if that doesnt work try a format and if that doesn't work the DFU tools.

use the DFU tools exactly as described or they wont work.
If you use Vista you probably dont need them as Vista will recognize the player as DFU device
