My Player is Bricked...?

I tried to downgrade my firmware to s1.009 from the newest SP one using DFU tools. Everything seemed fine (I've done it before). Now when I try to turn it on it does not even flash! I've tried holding the power/play button for a few minutes and tried every combination of holding any buttons possible! My Meizu is a brick!

Is there any way to recover any functionality from my new Meizu M6? No drive will even read it as a drive anymore (tried on Windows and Mac, DFU and not DFU).

Thanks for your replies!

what are you on about you downgraded using dfu tools , you only need to put the files onto the player and it downgrades itself - try a soft reset (hold down m for a long time 2 mins plus)and try the power + >> or << for 2 mins plus... you shoudnt use DFU tools ever unless your player is bricked and you have tried every single thing.

uh oh. dfu tools are not to be used lightly. they should only be a LAST RESORT if all types of reset and formatting have failed.

you only had to to do the usual process of "upgrading" firmware in oder to "downgrade" to s1.009.

that said, i'm afraid i can't help you much as i haven't had this type of problem with my m6. but good luck! i hope you find a solution for your player.
