Can't get warranty service on Meizu M6 in U.S.

My Meizu M6 died after 4 months. No matter what I do (both ways to reset, etc), it always just keeps saying "loading."

I called the U.S. representative in Irvine, and they said the only way to get warranty service is e-mail techsupport@Dane-memory.com to ask for "RMA request." I've e-mailed them a couple of times in last 9 days with no response. Is there any other way to get warranty service?

I bought it from Walgreen.com in U.S., and I did call them first, and they said I must deal with Meizu rep directly since their return policy is for 30 days.

But you don't return it, you bring it in for warranty. At least in Germany your seller has to handle it, means that the seller has to send it in for repair.

did you send off your warranty card when you fist got the player???
