Unknown device

Hi

When I connect the Meizu M6 MP, my XP computer adds it as an unknown device. If i go to the computer manager and click on update driver, it says that the wizard could not find a better match....I have downloaded S20002.3.Meizu_en.rar.
I have also tried in the computer at my office and it is the same. I was doing that cause I got this loading screen all the time. But now, I dont even get the loading screen...

I would really appreciate your help!

The device doesnt get any letter, cause it appears as unknown device. It is not under the disk management...so I cant change the letter... any other suggestion?

In setting you can change how it connects to the computer either as USB drive or using the microsoft mtp mode of connectting, try changing the setting and see if that works.

Thanks a lot for the answers, but unfortunately I cant even switch it on...it is strange I know, but I saw this stop in loading message was quite common and that the solution was to load the firmware again. But now, after connectiong it to the computer, I cant even switch it on...so I cannot change settings and nothing...I just see it as unknown device

Have you tried DFU tools? DFU Tools

Try holding the enter button for 30 sec or so to reset it, else try reloading firmware.

The problem is that as it is not recognize (unknown device) I cannot use the tools and do nothing with it!! I could just try maybe a hard reset, but trying to avoid that.

does the m6 playercome with a disk as mine did not come with one as it is the t1 model

it is just a white screen when i hit the on button.

what softwares do i need??????????

Hold down the "M" key for 5 mins. (Yes 5 mins , Not 30 secconds , 5 MINS)
