black screen, sounds only

I've got my meizu 8gb today, but when I turn it on, it's only black screen.. I can hear the click sounds though.. you guys have any ideas on this?

I tried resetting it and still nothing

When you first hold down the power button for a second or so to turn it on does the screen flash white for a millisecond? Has the screen worked at all since you got the player?

Have you read and followed all instructions in the faq? (Find it in the upper part of any page here, labeled FAQ)

I don't know what the problem is about but it just fixed itself, the next thing I found out is that I can't play avi videos. When I open the video, it attempts to play then reverts back to the video list.. the video is about 20min long..

You need to convert the videos. Most .avi videos you download nowadays are encoded, and M6 can't play most of them. Try the programs listed under video conversation threads in the video/imaging section.
