[FAQ] MiniPlayer problems

It seems that many members had problems with their Miniplayer recently. I would try to know how avoid all that worry (if it's possible !). But for that we must know how these problems came, to tell then why they came and finally how correct them !

• Is it an internal dysfonction or wrong manipulations ?
• Was it with original Meizu versions or Dane-Elec ones ?
• Was it with TP version or with SP ones ?
• With wich firmware came this problems ?
• What were you doing on it when problems came (installing firmware, playing music or videos, charging it, navigating on menus, ..., nothing, ...) ?
• Do you use MSC or MTP ?
• How are encoded your music and video files ?
• Do you use Windows, Mac or Linux OS ?
• What is your Miniplayer capacity and its colour ?
• ...

Some questions sound absurd but maybe could permit to identify problems origin ! Is it possible to make a census of all of that, then to adjust or modify the FAQ ?
