Yeh , But make sure you havnt Damadged the player beyond the meizu warranty - Cracked screen , Case opend , Somthign along thos elines , Id reccomend going to see the seller first , They will tell you what to do if its broken, Remember , then dont know that you know alot about the company so they will exsplain it to your in easy simple steps .

now my meizu its oki.
I press power and << then the formatting appear, after that i have a violet screen then a green screen that say no resource.
After that i connect my meizu, my computer reconize the mp4 and i just put the resource bin and now its ok but the problem is i cant downgrade
