Turn on M6SL

Hello,

May I ask why my M6SL player cannot be turn on?
Tha facts is: for one day my player cannot turn on but it function properly on the day before.
I did charge fully using 220v current and the screen doesn't change to fully charged / charge completed.

And I found that the low-lv formatin or others formatting method doesn't work.

Anyone can help me with this issue??

You then you might need DFU tools to bring it back on.

Thanks for guideline on DFU reset.
However, I cannot successfully connect my M6SL Player to the computer and appears the driver install box.
It just continue show charging layout.

I pressed the "M" and ">||" Button at the same time, and then connect the computer via a usb. At this moment, player just show charging icon and wordings, but no significant drivers ask me for update.

It might perhaps need a few attempts. If still no luck, you could try hold the "play/pause" button for 10 sec. to low-reset the player before during above steps. Then as you say, press and hold "play/pause" and "M" while connecting the USB cable. If you did it correctly, there should not be any charging icon appearing.
