"M" button no longer working - Possible to change key mapping?

Hi guys,

I'm sitting here with a friend's meizu m6 sp player. Broken LCD screen and a menu button which is no longer working. I already needed to get it back working using DFU tools, but still the Menu Button (M) is not working at all.
This is rather interesting, as I also needed this button to get the device in the DFU state.
I'm sure there's a SP Firmware on the player, no SL one...so I doubt the problem is software related.

Anyone had a similiar issue? Any possibilities to change the keymappings somehow?
At the moment, the player is stuck at a white lighted screen. No reset, hard reset or low level format working...so I'll have to wait for the battery to drain...

I've heard of no one doing this before. If you're technical, maybe you could do a search for the disassembly instructions and have a go?

I already dissassembled it...looks like a hardware problem. Well I got it fixed. The key is working again. Not for 100%, but again usable...
