Broken button

Yesterday I was tuyrning on my hold button and it broke when I tried switched it off.Now the player is stuck in hold mode. I've connected it to the computer to fiddle with it and now the player won't startat all. When I press the on button it blinks and that's it. Can I fix it?

The warranty might cover that. Try to send it back if you cant fix.

Alright. The button slides from side to side but the setting does not change, so I don't think I can fix it without taking it apart. I bought the M6 off of e-Bay, so I'm hoping there is a manufacturers warranty. Where would I contact to get that process started? Thanks.

try your ebay seller first...maybe he will grant the warranty?

Youre in bad luck

I had the internal play button come loose and had to resolder it.
Try and get fixed under warranty, if can get warranty open it up and have a look, even if switch is stuffed you should be able to short out the contacts so hold is always off.
