You must download firmware and upgrade it.

Guys I don't understand why you haven't read the sticky threads. There is a reason why we made those.
Anyway, you need to copy the resource file over again in the root of your player in order to turn it on.
Make sure you use the right version.
If you don't know, then give it a try with SL2.004.6 or use DFU tools to recover the player.
In both cases you can follow Mbarry's guide here.

This should fix it. If you still experience your "M" button isn't working afterward, then let us know.

I myself experience on these SP's that the M button getting unresponstive after long periode of use. Try press it hard and perhaps you able to bring up the menu. If it does, then you probably got a bad "M" button.

I have been pressing it really hard yet it doesn't respond although the touch sensitive pad still work around the M button area.

Is there is anyway to repair it, as right now it's in Chinese language not to mention to select a song it take really a lot of time as i need to press the "|<<" or "|>>|" button to go through the list of over 300 songs.

Hmmm to me, it sounds like it could be bad connection inside your player, might not be as easy to fix right away.
