USB device isn't recognized!!

Hi everyone!

I conect my Meizu to the computer (Meizu is open) but computer say "USB device isn't recognized". How can i solve this? Please help me. Thanks.

clean the usb contacts (just blow in it) and try again

Are you kidding me?? Usb cable is clean. I tried a different cable, different Pc but problem isn't over. How can i remove the cover?

Removing the back plate of the player requires special tools, but I won't recommend do that thing, I almost broke my older SP myself for no reason and for now, I don't see any way it could help you.

You saying your player works just nice but your pc won't recognize it, right?

If yes, what kind of operative system do you trying connect it with?

its is your computer internal fault may try any other use device if thats works prlayer should be detacted

Other Mp3 Players and USB discs are working. Only Meizu has this problem.

Meizu is gone, problem is done.
