firmware won't unzip

hey,

I got the green 'no resource, please upgrade' screen on my M6 TS.
After some research I dowloaded the special M6TS_V2.004.7_eng.rar.
This firmware is now in my player file or menu or whatever u call it, cause I couldn't save it under my computer.
Though, I can't unzip it in order to come to the resource.bin and m6.ebn...
If i click it, the same dowloadscreen to dowload M6TS_V2.004.7_eng.rar pops up.
Please help me, I never do these things but miss my music so much
It'll prob b some stupid mistake of mine...

You usually need a program like 7-zip to open rar files. I find 7-zip pretty good for my needs.
