Pad not responding! Please help!!! :)))))

Hi guys,
I've been using the forums to solve many errors in my Meizu, they were all helpful! I hope you can help me now too!

Here's the deal:
I turned my Meizu on, pressing the play button for about 4 sec, and it formated!!
Bumed like you wouldn't believe, I pluged it in the computer and started restoring my music files all over again...
Disconnected the player, waited for it to update, turned it on.
There's chinese allover (I was about to start scrollin over all the options to find the english language).....

THE PAD WON'T RESPOND!

I keep trying to move it up and down and it does nothing! I can press the "M" and "play/stop" buttons, but it wont scroll.
Frustratingly, I started scrolling it up and down again, it worked, only to be stuck again!

What do I do????? Is the sensory thing damaged??
