First it said it was closed during christmas, then it was after the new years holyday and now they say week 2...
How can you trust them anymore?? I thougt I bougt my player from a serious reseller but this is awful...
I hope they get their forum up and running soon...

They have been acting really poorly.
When you pay such a high price, you really expect more especially in terms of customer service; words that seem foreign to them. Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Yes i argree... Somewhere along the line tou loose your confidence in the company (Meizu Scandinavia)... I thougt that choosing a "local" reseller would be good for both the future of the brand in Sweden and support issues... But i couldn't been more wrong, the feeling in the forum has also changed from a nice family to bad feeling... Things started to sort out a bit just before Christmas but then the suddenly closed the forum and I took no big notice of it, just thougt okay they want to have some holydaytaime and wont let us use the forum without active moderators... But now it has taken quite som yime and the site isn't running yet, wonder what would happen if my dear M6 would get any problems... Where should i turn?? Oh dear... Really hope the open soon otherwise you start considering your choise of Meizu and wounder if an iriver or an iaudio would hav been better... Not that I don't love my M6 but you have to know where to turn if your player goes broke... In Sweden iriver and iaudio are quite big and is selled all across the country in physical stores... Maybe it's wrong to buy a player that can't be boutgt anywhere else than from a nonphysical store...
Hope they will convince me otherwise...
EDIT: Ofcourse there is MeizuMe... Without this site I would have nowhere to turn... Thanks for being ther with the answers and all of the downloadable stuff... :DLast edited by eMAN; 01-10-2007 at 04:15 PM.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIndeed, it's really bad!!
I have had three supportissues with them until now, and had the player for only 1 ½ month.
First they sent me wrong color, then the standard earphones got broke, and now the last time my player had the "loading-problem" during poweron.
And I didn't get the player in return until two-three weeks later this last time.. really bad support i think.
And then we have the forum.. I think it's said for us costumers. I have totally lost my confidence for them.

When I first saw Meizu in 2004 i fell in love... in both the feeling in the forum and in the players... now one of those things are gone... it so annoying... hope they solve their issues... it felt ike they where on good way to reach that goal and regain my confidence but now i'm just confused...
Love my M6, makes my trips feel like golden moments...

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI was just going to ask here what the heck is going on. For 2 weeks now, I have tried to get onto the English site, and only can (after 5 minutes loading each page) for a little bit, then it's gone again.
I just tried right now because I saw someone mention an S1.010.3 version firmware, and wondered what the heck was up with a new S version firmware, but no mention of a T version. By the way, what IS this other version anyway?
I really hope they do release the source code for the player so everyone who can program the player can work on making it great instead of waiting for the company to decide what should be done and changed. I've seen more than my fair share of programs that started like that and became as great as a big company in quality.I swim through a sea of stars, without looking back to shore...

I don't think that has to do with Meizu Scandinavia... They are just a reseller without any connections to Meizu (China)... But it sounds strange anyway... Yes, I am also hoping they will release the sourcecode but i don't expect them to and i don't think that would ever happen... sorry...

Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!
