I like Chrome's speedy WebKit base as well, but I can't live without my Firefox extensions, so I'm sticking with it.

If I could use all my Firefox extensions with Chrome and be able to use Chrome in Linux I would jump at it. It is soooooo much faster.

Computer. If the M8 had all these browsers, that would be great.

I didnt know that chrome was fast or something, i thought it was just another browser:P

Downloading now.....

Edit: Jesus motherf**king christ(sorry for the language, but chrome is really, really fast!) , chrome is sooooooo damn fast, everybody needs to know. Internet explorer is crap compared to google chrome! Faster than firefox or opera etc.

Used to use Firefox until a few months ago, then it just started to be $h1t (slow). I now use Opera, which is much more faster.

Opera 10 Beta. The Turbo function doesn't quite work for me, so I just turned it off. Pages load incredibly fast, didn't encounter a single problem until now. Love he mouse gestures.
I also tried FF, Chrome.

I'm glad only a few people here use Internet Exploder... It's probably the worst browser in terms of being targeted and the slow rendering engine.

I heard Windows 7 will not ship with Internet Explorer... But how the hell are we supposed to download Firefox from that computer without a browser? It's a necessary evil in my opinion.

Where'd you hear that?!? I thought that IE was an integral part of the Windows operating system. I think it was over some lawsuit a while back, and Microsoft was forced to integrate IE into Explorer to avoid the lawsuit.

It was over some European Union anti-trust fine. Then magically, overnight they somehow got rid of it.

March

You can download Win7 (32/64Bit) for free from the MS Site. It will work until 01.March.2010. You will see, that Internet Explorer is still included.

Yes, the release candidate still has IE 8. I'm talking about the final version, the mainstream consumer one. Also, it might be just in Europe, since that's where Microsoft's affected.
