i want to buy a beginners electric guitar. does anyone have an suggestion?
and is stagg a good brand?

I am interested in buying an electric guitar as well. I am a beginner too.

Same here! There were these beginner's packs deal for about $100.00 USD going around on eBay that came with a guitar and a 5w amp ^ ^.

$100? What brand is that? I would be suspicious if it were that cheap.

Wow, I guess I haven't checked eBay for electric guitars in a LONG time. There are electric guitars selling for even 70 dollars on there! I don't think these brands are good at all, but there's some pretty neat beginner stuff on there for real cheap.

This is kind of like the package I was talking about (Includes guitar, 10W AMP, Gig Bag, Strap, etc.): NEW BLACK ELECTRIC GUITAR, 10W AMP., GIG BAG, STRAP - eBay (item 320286533924 end time Aug-14-08 15:08:29 PDT)
Goes for a little above $100.

Right, but beware ! If it comes from China, you shall may have a bad surprise by paying a lot of taxes an' fees !
And if you want a brand new guitar, try the "Epiphone- Les Paul" by the link above (2nd post- about $288). Epiphone is under trademark of Gibson, like Fender with Squier, guitars are only mass-produced in Corea or Mexico, instead of USA ! Same quality and low price !
